By opening or using Deal Sheet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, the only requirement we can meaningfully enforce is simple: don't use the tool.
Deal Sheet is a free, browser-based calculator built by v2stack to help people prepare for negotiating a vehicle purchase — estimating out-the-door price, monthly payments, financing costs, and related figures based on numbers you enter yourself. It is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any automaker, dealership, dealer group, or lender mentioned or implied anywhere in its interface.
Nothing produced by this tool constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Actual APR, fees, taxes, rebate eligibility, and financing approval depend on your credit profile, your lender, your state, and the specific dealer you work with, and can differ from anything calculated here. Always confirm final numbers directly with your lender and read your actual purchase and financing contracts in full before signing.
Deal Sheet is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any calculation will exactly match the figures a dealer, lender, or government agency ultimately presents to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, v2stack and anyone involved in creating, hosting, or maintaining Deal Sheet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of money, deals, or opportunities, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of any figure this tool produces, in a negotiation or otherwise, is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any figures you enter and for independently verifying any total, rate, or payment this tool calculates before relying on it — whether that's in conversation with a salesperson, in a financing application, or anywhere else. Rounding, formula assumptions, and simplified modeling of real-world loan and tax structures mean this tool's output is an estimate, not a quote.
The design, code, and content of Deal Sheet belong to v2stack unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to use the tool for your own personal car-buying preparation. Reproducing, redistributing, or reselling the tool itself, or representing it as your own work, isn't permitted without our consent.
Don't use Deal Sheet to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or gain unauthorized access to any system connected to it, and don't use it in any way that violates applicable law. Since the tool runs entirely client-side and stores nothing, most conventional "misuse" scenarios don't meaningfully apply — but the principle stands.
Any automaker, dealership, or lender name that appears in examples, defaults, or explanatory text within Deal Sheet is used for illustrative purposes only and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction.
We may update Deal Sheet's features or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms. We'll update the effective date above when that happens.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which v2stack operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by applicable local law.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
Questions about these terms can be directed to v2stack via the contact details available on the deployed site.
